We offer free delivery to UK mainland for orders over £125. Delivery charge for orders under £125 is £7.95 ex VAT for UK mainland.

Delivery charge for other areas of the UK, including Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, as well as Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man is £19.95 ex VAT. We also offer free delivery to aforementioned areas for orders over £145.

Standard UK delivery usually takes 3-5 working days. If you require an urgent delivery, please get in touch with us at info@wineorigins.co.uk and we will do our best to help.

If you would like to send a bottle or a case as a present, please inform us at info@wineorigins.co.uk.

If you will not be at the delivery address at the time of delivery and wish us to leave your order in a safe place, please advise us.

We have carefully selected our portfolio of wines. Each bottle has gone through a rigorous tasting process by our team of dedicated wine professionals. To ensure their best condition, our wines are stored in a state-of-the-art warehouse with temperature and humidity control.

However, accidents may happen and wine can sometimes be faulty due to cork taint or bottles may get damaged. If you are unhappy with the quality of your wine, please get in touch with us at info@wineorigins.co.uk within 14 days after delivery, and we will do our best to make it up to you. If you wish to raise a refund, please send us the faulty bottle for investigation. Refunds will be paid within 14 days of an agreement being made.
