Mujuretuli

Mujuretuli is a Georgian indigenous black grape variety. It is mainly blended with another native grape, Aleksandrouli, to create the iconic semi-sweet wine known as Khvanchkara. This legendary blend earned a cult following world wide and allegedly was a favourite of Joseph Stalin himself (don't let that put you off). There are just under 60 hectares of Mujuretuli in Georgia.
