Touriga Nacional

This popular grape is accountable for some of the finest red wines in Portugal. Used both for Port and dry reds, it is sometimes described as Portugal's answer to Cabernet Sauvignon. Similarly to this French grape, Touriga Nacional reveals intense aromas of dark fruits, spices, as well as notes of leather and violets. With firm tannins, these are wines with a great ageing potential.
