Tsolikouri

Tsolikouri is considered to be amongst the most promising white varieties in the country. Widely planted in the west, throughout Imereti and Guria, it makes full-bodied white wines with layers and layers of fruity and floral flavours.Tsolikouri is often fermented on the skins in traditional Georgian qvevri making rich orange wines. In Tvishi appellation, Tsolikouri is used for late harvest medium sweet wines.
