Kokotos Three Hills Agiorgitiko 2021

Prices start from £12.92 per bottle Buying options

This silky medium-bodied red comes from a long-established family winery in Attica. Agiorgitiko is a very ancient Greek grape. In fact, legend has it that Hercules drank Agiorgitiko wine after slaying the Nemean lion. Kokotos Three Hills Agiorgitiko wine has an appealing fruity character. It opens with a bouquet of red plums, strawberries, morello cherries, and charming notes of roses and violets. Well balanced on the palate, with supple tannins and a delicious fruity aftertaste, this wine is an absolute crowd-pleaser.

The grapes for Kokotos Three Hills Agiorgitiko were handpicked and handsorted. The wine was fermented in stainless steel and matured in French oak for a couple of months to round up the edges. This fruity, smooth red is a great companion to flavourful Asian and Middle-Eastern dishes, such as lamb curry, tagine and kebabs.
