Mildiani Traditional Method Vintage Sparkling Brut 2015 – Gift Box

This vintage sparkling was made following the traditional method, with the second fermentation in the bottle and an extensive 48-months ageing on the lees. Mildiani Traditional Method Vintage Sparkling is gorgeously rich, yet elegant. It shows an array of aromas: ripe peach, melon, apple, along with comforting notes of vanilla, brioche and toast. It is a wonderfully fresh wine with a touch of minerality on the palate. At the same time, it leaves a creamy mouthfeel and a persistent finish.

Mildiani Traditional Method Vintage Sparkling is made of an indigenous Georgian grape, Mtsvane, known for its perfume aromas. The wine spent some time in French oak prior to second fermentation. Perfectly enjoyable now, this vintage sparkling has a great potential to evolve in the bottle for the next decade.
