Terms and conditions apply when you make an order on this website, via telephone or email, when you register an account on this website or subscribe to our newsletter. Please read these terms and conditions carefully and make sure that you understand them before placing your order or subscribing. We may change these terms and conditions at any time, please ensure to check them regularly.
It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to anyone under 18 years of age in the UK. By placing an order or subscribing to our Wine Origins Club you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
All attendees of Wine Origins events must be 18 years or older. Attendees may be asked to produce photographic identification with proof of age.
Quality Guarantee & Returns
We have carefully selected our portfolio of wines. Each bottle has gone through a rigorous tasting process by our team of dedicated wine professionals. To ensure their best condition, our wines are stored in a state-of-the-art warehouse with temperature and humidity control. However, accidents may happen and wine can sometimes be faulty due to cork taint, or bottles may get damaged. If you are unhappy with the quality of your wine, please get in touch with us at email@example.com within 14 days after delivery, and we will do our best to make it up to you. If you wish to raise a refund, please send us the faulty bottle for investigation. Refunds will be paid within 14 days of an agreement being made.
In the event that your order includes items that are out of stock, we may send you a replacement of equal or higher value. In most cases we will notify you prior to dispatching your order. If we are unable to supply a particular item, or do not supply a substitute, we will not be liable to you except to ensure that you are not charged for that item.
Payment & Data Safety
Our credit card processing is secure and safe. We use Stripe to ensure all transactions on our website and made directly with us are safe and secure. Stripe is one of the largest and most advanced credit card processors in the world, handling millions of transactions a day.
We accept payment from all major debit and credit cards, including AMEX.
Our website is fully secured by secure sockets layer (SSL) for the transfer of credit card information.
Staff at Wine Origins do not store or have access to card details at any point other than when processing direct transactions. When the transaction has been made, card details are encrypted by our payment gateway or deleted for your security.
We also accepts online bank payments (including BACS payments on request).
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP).
All prices include Value Added Tax (VAT).
We reserve the right to stop our special offers at any time.
We offer free delivery to UK mainland for orders over £125. Delivery charge for orders under £125 is £7.95 ex VAT for UK mainland.
Delivery charge for other areas of the UK, including Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, as well as Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man is £19.95 ex VAT. We also offer free delivery to aforementioned areas for orders over £145.
Standard delivery usually takes 3-5 working days.
We reserve the right to charge for re-delivery of orders that have not been completed due to incorrect address information being supplied by the Customer or where the Customer is not available or not present to take receipt of the delivery.
If, after a failed delivery, you do not re-arrange delivery or collect the products from the location notified to you, we will contact you for further instructions and may charge you for any further delivery costs. If, despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery or collection we may end the contract and we will refund you the money you have already paid for the order, and we are entitled to deduct from the refund a reasonable sum to cover our costs incurred as a result.
Upon subscribing to Wine Origins Club, you will be charged a full 2-months membership fee which equals the price of the wine case, as per your chosen plan. Please note that due to our billing process you will either be charged your first membership fee as one payment or in two instalments. Your wine case will be delivered to you within a week after your full 2-months membership fee has been paid.
After the first delivery, your membership fee will be billed monthly. You will receive payment reminder emails prior to your billing date. On your billing date, you will be automatically charged as per your chosen payment method.
Wine Origins Club members benefit from free delivery of cases included into their membership plan. Cases of wine are delivered to members every two months; each member will get 6 cases within a calendar year.
You can choose a case of whites, reds, a mixed case or an amphora case (only for Platinum members). Upon subscription renewal, you will receive a case according to your initial selection, unless you change your preference in My account.
You can pause your subscription and skip your case at any time via My account page. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please notify us at wineorigins.co.uk.
If you cancel your membership before your next payment is charged we will not send you the subsequent case of wine. If you have remaining credit, we will reimburse you by offering a store gift card of equivalent value.
You are responsible for updating your card details to keep your subscription active. Any failed or overdue payments may mean you don’t get your wine on time or that your subscription is cancelled, so please keep your card details up to date.

Reward Points are awarded to all registered customers with each purchase. You will get 1 Reward Point for each pound spent on Wine Origins website, excluding VAT and delivery. Reward Points are also awarded for creating an account and for friend’s referral. Wine Origins Club members receive additional Reward Points for their purchases.
100 Reward Points equal £1. Total Reward Points are displayed on My account page. Reward Points can be redeemed on any wines by choosing ‘Redeem Reward Points’ during the check-out process. To redeem, a minimum of 500 earned points is necessary. Reward Points can be applied to cart when the the cart total is £50 and above. The value of Reward Points redeemed per purchase cannot exceed 10% of the cart total.
Reward Points cannot be redeemed if coupons or promo codes are applied to cart. Reward Points will not be applied to shipping costs.
Wine Tastings Tickets
In the event of cancellation by the Customer, full refunds will only be given if we are notified at least 7 days before the date of the event. Refunds will only be given after this time if we are able to re-sell your tickets.
All attendees of Wine Origins ticketed events must be 18 years or older. Attendees may be asked to produce photographic identification with proof of age.
Gift vouchers may be redeemed at Wine Origins website.
When the price of goods is lower than the value of the gift voucher, the difference will be credited to the your Wine Origins account. If you do not have a Wine Origins account, please create one by clicking ‘Register’ button.
Limitation Of Liability
We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by us, our employees or agents in circumstances where:
- loss or damage was unforeseeable to both parties when the contract was formed;
- loss or damage not caused by any breach on part of the supplier;
- loss of damage related to business and/or non-consumers.
We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by the customer handling the wine, including theft, spillages or breakages.
